Lo stabile ordinato, comodo e parcheggio nelle vicinanze.

I servizi igienica e la caldaia che faceva fatica a produrre acqua calda e rumorosa. Il proprietario difficile da raggiungere telefonicamente. Mancava il set di asciugamani per un ospite.
