All was so clean and in perfect location, owner of house is lovely, we enjoyed our stay!

Hands down the absolutely best location of all our hotels in our northern Italy trip. Less than a minute to a beach, a gelateria and a restaurant. What more could one ask for. Other things that we also enjoyed were two bathrooms with showers, this made everything so much easier for us, that is for two adults and two teenagers. Fast WIFI connection, no problems sending our pics and vids to cloud, browsing the net and streaming video content. For us adults at least, the ultimate best thing was the washing machine. I would never have believed that something so mundane would be the best part of our stay, but it was. There are some reasons for this and one was that in Finland we had a cold spell just prior to our trip, temperatures were roughly 17C during the day and 12C during the night, while in Rapallo it was something like 33C and 22C respectively. Because we weren't accustomed to higher temperatures, we were sweating quite excessively throughout our stay. So for this reason having a washing machine available at the apartment was a blessing in disguise.

Even though it was mentioned in the details there could've been a reminder that we need 150€ in cash for a collateral. Out of sheer luck we had that money on ourselves when we arrived, usually we don't have cash either at all or small amounts.
