Loved the family room for our family of 4. We were so comfortable and it was very spacious by European standards. Bathrooms were lovely. Beds were comfortable. Staff were very sweet and helpful.

The only negative, and it seems to be a trend everywhere, the rooms are too dark. No bigger lamps or overhead lighting. We had to keep the bathroom light on and pocket doors open to try to get more light in the room. I needed my phone’s flashlight to find things in my bag.

Our favorite hotel in Madrid. It has an excellent location on a quite side street, 30m away from la Castellana and one block away from Serrano street (Great for shopping). The service at the hotel is fantastic. The most friendly and helpful staff, the room is very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. You cannot go wrong with this hotel.

Comera molto spaziosa, silenziosa e con vasca e doccia separate. Ottima la colazione, con possibilità di ordinare piatti realizzati al momento, come uova strapazzate o pan cakes. La seconda sera il personale mi ha fatto trovare persino un piccolo snack sul letto!
