Simple and homely

The studio is larger than we expected and very conveniently arranged. The location is great for visiting sites and events in the Sevenoaks area. Parking is just outside the door, and you can easily walk into the heart of the town from the flat. The hostess was very gracious to greet us and help us get access to the internet. It was very quiet with absolutely no road noise. Great pillows--just the right firmness for us.

Having a Smart TV to access streaming video.

It was handy to the local shops. Room was warm.

Internet was incredibly slow and unreliable. You could clearly hear people walking around upstairs and draggjng furniture across the floor. The room we were sleeping in was very cramped. It felt like we were in someone's downstairs spare bedroom. Every time you flushed a toilet or turned on a tap a noisy macerating pump would turn on.
