La ubicación era cómoda, a dos cuadras de la estación de BART para llegar a San Francisco en minutos. El servicio del personal es muy atento y amable. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas y cómodas.

La presión de la ducha podría ser mejor, y demoraba en tener agua caliente por momentos.

"A good facility hotel with non-professional staff and no management system."

The hotel location is good, close to BART station, and the street is cleaner. Breakfast is good. Lobby is good.

Some of the staff is not responsible. In the morning, I asked them to clean up my room. In the afternoon, when I returned, it was not done. I asked them again. They said the cleaning staff was gone for the day and offered no other solution. Does your hotel, Hilton Group, have a system to check if customers' requests are being done or not ? One staff member was very helpful, I have to say. She attended the reception desk on 17 September in the daytime.
