The lady working at breakfast. She was amazing and deserves a raise. Nobody is that nice at 8 am.

The dirty sheets

Very convenient and close to the park. The staff was super friendly and we loved the evening amenities of popcorn cookies and an unlimited soda fountain. And in the morning there was a free breakfast. If you stayed on campus for Cedar point sure you get the hour early but you don’t get anything else for free at all. Very glad we decided to stay.

Location

Stain on carpet, vent hanging in shower, bee smashed in corner of wall/ceiling, napkins on floor, bed was uncomfortable.

It was close to Cedar point with good rates and amenities.

Housekeeping tried to come in our room 20 minutes before checkout and after I said we were getting ready they unlocked our door and tried to come in. We did notify the front desk about the incident.

Grandkids loved your breakfast

There were stains in the carpet, and the sink was outside the bathroom. Smelled like weed.

The morning breakfast was ok could of had more then pancakes, bread/muffins and cereal. Try fresh fruit, bananas oranges apples and yogurts. The women i believe Rhonda is awesome and the best part of the place. Location close to Cedar Point helps but will probably pay more for nicer updated room.

Alot of insects, spider webs and not the cleanest looking room. We were right next to pool but also the very full dumpster not a great view. On checking in the man didn't give any info about ice machines, breakfast just room location. Not very freindly or welcoming.
