Es un lindo hospedaje, económico y las personas son muy amable y serviciales. Nosotros hacíamos un Tour temprano y nos prepararon desayuno para llevar, volvería al hospedaje 😍😘

El servicio de spa, y terraza creo que debería mejorarlo o renovarlo, así las personas se sentirá más comodas

La habitación es espaciosa, la cama cómoda, el AA hizo su trabajo bien contra el calor abrazador de Santa Marta. La atención del personal fue muy buena, en particular quiero destacar la labor de Liseth que siempre nos ayudó y orientó en todo lo que le pedimos (lavado de ropa, info de transporte, etc.) También me gustaría destacar el personal de cocina que en todo momento se mostró servicial y dedicado.

Me hubiera gustado un frigobar en la habitación, ya que el agua se te calienta en medio segundo. La ducha tiene el inconveniente que durante el día el agua sale muy caliente (solo dispone de agua fría) probablemente porque los tanques y cañerías están a pleno sol. Un vasito en la habitación hubiera estado genial. El desayuno es básico, aunque se entiende dado el precio de la estadía, podrían mejorar la oferta ya que creo que el personal que tienen es muy capaz. Con respecto a la locación, se siente un poco apartado del centro donde está la vida nocturna y al regresar de noche puede ser un poco intimidante.

The staff were very friendly. Quiet and clean. Many breakfast options. Close to restaurants.

No hot water, which is not uncommon in some parts of Colombia.

Cleanliness, spacious rooms, good breakfast, very affordable and only 10 minutes walk to the sea front

WiFi in the rooms was sketchy, often dropping out.
