How cold the AC was. And the afternoon front desk girl that was there at check-in.

Where to begin.....We got there at 5:30 pm on a Friday. The check-in girl was super nice and assured us there was breakfast the next morning. We get to our room, put our stuff in, and went to dinner. When we got back the door was stuck shut, and she said, "Oh, not again." And it took her 10 minutes to "break" into the room. Upon looking at the door jam, it had been done several times before. We said we'd stay in the room because we were tired. My husband went to get a shower, no hot water. I tried afterwards. Still not hot water. It was 109* out, so it kind of felt good. But that wasn't the point. We had about 5 sheets of TP on the roll, and no extras. Desk clerk brought one TINY roll down. We went to get into bed at 9pm and almost fell out of the bed. Both sides of the mattress were collapsed, and you could feel the springs through it. No way of staying in bed without fighting. In the middle of the mattress, there was a hill. It was a hybrid, I guess, with no box spring, just a platform. We gave up at about 4 am and waited for breakfast. (We were in town for a family reunion). Go down at 7 am and ask where breakfast was. Desk clerk just pointed to a room and said, "Breakfast, coffee." Lights were off, chairs were on tables and saw nothing that was in the picture online. I asked again and again he pointed to the room. We went out to eat, but not after telling him we had packed our car and would be checking out, not staying that night. I asked for a refund. My account was billed for the 2 nights, but I got a receipt that stated I only got billed for one. I have been calling for 6 days now to talk to the owner because Choice said they don't deal with refunds. The hotel manager, William, also said I needed to talk with the owner. No response. My husband also had back spasms for 2 days afterwards from the mattress. Will not stay there again.

The location lacked we were surrounded by industrial looking bldings. No one explained where the pool was and that there were pool side rooms available. My key did not work half the time. Voffe maker did not work.

Loud party in room next door, sheets had stains, towels looked old. Smelled very moldy, room was very hot

When we arrived they double charged me. I paid on Expedia but couldn’t find it. The room door was open & tools were in the room and the room was in a disarray. I told the staff but they didn’t do anything about it beside yell for a maintenance man at the pool to come get the tools. The bed had a huge indent on one side. I should not be in the room. It was so uncomfortable that my back was killing me the next morning. The bathtub had a bunch of dirt in the bottom. We couldn’t even shower in it. They had no shampoo or soap. They only had conditioner on the wall. The coffee maker looked like it hadn’t been used in years. We didn’t even use it. There was a bunch of people with kids in a room 2 doors down from us. The kids were running around at all hours of the night unsupervised. I am talking about kids under 3. They kept knocking on our door to show us their suckers. There was also a man that appeared to be on drugs that was slumped over on the stairs beside our room that just stained into his phone that made us uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I did let the staff know that I would like a refund but they said that they couldn’t do it. I am very disappointed.

This location was far from quality. We also got overcharged for our pets! The pool was unsafe. The room was filthy except for the bed. I regret not bringing my slippers. I’d love to get a partial refund.

I didn't like the pool water was nasty it had mold all in the pool we couldn't swim was disappointed 😒 and someone left there nasty socks by the bed and the toilet seat was nasty

We arrived at 1: 30am, Lobby was nice, room was not. Toilet was broken. Had to go get a different room. The bed was clean, sink was clean. The entire perimeter around the edge of the room was filthy. Weren't there long enough to need to use the shower, it was so-so. Not sure we would want to. Second room had large chunks broken out of tiles in the bathroom. The breakfast was so-so. Several cooking implements were broken, which left us less choices. Quality definitely does not describe this hotel chain. We were very disappointed.
