Great location with abundant parking. Good breakfast too! Only minor suggestion would be to start the breakfast earlier as 8:30am may be too late for people who want to tour the area.

Beautiful property, super friendly host and wonderful breakfast. It was nice to be removed from the bustle of downtown Bellagio, yet still within walking distance. Also, the Como ferry stops very close by!
