Sehr Zentrumsnahe

Parkplatzmöglichkeiten schlecht, Frühstück waren nur 2 Hörnchen frisch. Brot war in einer Tüte aus dem Discount. Keine frische Wurst oder Käse. Konfitüre aus Einwegdosen. Kein frisches Obst.

"Comoda la zona per i parcheggi"

La stanza singola era sufficiente spaziosa e con tutto il necessario, pulita e ordinata. Menzione d’onore alla colazione che seppur servita in camera aveva tutto quello e anche di più che di solito offre un B&B, buonissimi i cornetti portati freschi la mattina.

Da segnalare solo la finestra della camera che non si chiudeva bene quindi non isolava totalmente dai rumori

Ubicacion y atencion de la anfitriona, trato personal e inmejorable.

Por ponerle una pega hay un pub y un restaurante delante de la casa y puede haber ruido importante por la noche.

La signora Monica molto gentile, ha fornito tutte le informazioni per poter restare in tranquillità nel b&b. Letti molto confort, la zona, dista a 10 minuti dall'Arena e 20/25 dalla stazione. Si può fare tutto a piedi. La colazione soddisfacente, con caffè fai da te in macchinetta e cornetti portati dalla signora Monica. Ci siam trovati molto bene.

La pulizia lascia un pò a desiderare, si potrebbe fare di più. Essendo una stanza tripla, alla mia amica, il letto singolo non è stato rifatto. Nel bagno mancavano saponette e bagno doccia. Un pò di polvere dietro i letti. Ma niente che non si possa aggiustare.
