O funcionário Luiz (recepção)...foi empático. Muito gentil. Me deu.opcoea para reverter minha insatisfação. Contrataria ele para ser meu funcionário. Quero pessoas assim.

1) Funcionária Jane (recepção) deselegante...sarrista... insensível. 2) Na primeira suite que me deram, achei que era quarto de motel abandonado...o frigobar estava encima da escrivaninha onde eu ia trabycom o notebook...tive que colocar no lugar dela embutida; 3) As funcionárias camareiras falandouito alto com gargalhadas no corredor por volta das 5hs da manha; 4) A qntidade de mesas para o café da manhã muito limitado em relação ao potencial de quartos; 5) Tirando o funcionário Luis da recepção, os demais funcionários pareciam estar tristes e com dor...os que presenciei pareciam mau humorados.

Embora a senhora que serve o café seja super simpática, o café da manhã em si deixa a desejar... seja pela pouca variedade, seja por não ter suco natural ( só industrial) ou ainda pela qualidade do pão francês ... em suma, tem como dar uma melhorada.
