"Beware of their bait and switch technique!"

The property was clean and cute…at least the MAIN property was.

They moved us to their “overflow” property, Luxury Suites, upon check in…which had no elevator. The staff, except the property manager, spoke no English and were rude.

The check in process was good, fast and the person at the counter was very helpful.

The tv cable service didn’t work. I had to ask for soap and shampoo for the bathroom. After spending the night we found insects on the bed that look like small cockroaches crawling around in the bed sheets. It was disgusting to think my mom slept on that bed. Also, we had some food left over and asked the lady on the Night Shift if it was possible to store in a fridge, and she took it to store it; however the next morning when she gave it back to us it was room temperature, it was obvious that it was never put in a fridge.
