the low rate was appreciated, being walking distance to a few restaurants was nice. Room was clean and comfortable.

I don't like having to pay deposits, but so be it. The coffee maker was broken and leaked all over. I cleaned it up even though I was on a tight schedule. At the front desk, I reported the problem and was asked if I dropped and broke the coffee maker. And then I had to wait 4-6 minutes while the clerk inspected my room to confirm if I will get my deposit back. I am not the type to steal towels, break appliances or otherwise damage rooms. And if I had been on an even tighter schedule, those five minutes would have been rather crucial. If there is going to be a pre-departure inspection, the hotel needs to let people know in advance so they arrive at front desk a bit earlier.

The bed was clean and comfortable, the A/C worked well. The location was convenient and the staff person was kind and accommodating, changed my room.

My room was in back, I didn't like walking through an unlit passageway to get to it. The first room I was given smelled musty but the one next door was fine. The interior could use "touching up" with paint and the tub/shower was clean but stained.

Check in was quick, less than 5 minutes. The room was good, a bit of a walk to get to but no complains. It was located at a good spot. Checkout was quick and easy as well. Staff was lovely and easy to work with!

No complains, the refrigerator looked like it had de-thawed recently so there was a bit of water on the inside, so we dried it off and had a relaxing night.

The place is quite.

The bathroom floor has some left over hair on the floor.

Nice people - employees... Very nice.

Everything was OK.
