Apartment Beach Inn

Estuvo todo perfecto. La ubicación es excelente. Y el apartamento superó ampliamente mis expectativas , nunca alquilé un departamento tan bien equipado. Definitivamente quisiera volver

Apartment was really nice, got everything needed, AC in every room, two great balcony and really close to the beautiful beach. Plenty of space inside the house.

There was some noise from neighbour thay you could hear from one of the rooms but wasnt that bad as other people saying.

Nice location - nearby the see and the lake. Apartment have little obsolete equipments but we found all we need.

We are completely dissapointed about this apartment. There is a lot of loud and noise which come from: 1) heavy traffic – apartment is situated nearby main big street 2) neighbours from the same level - even if they talk in normal way you feel like they are sitting with you in the same room 3) neighbours from down level – they are long-termed workers from Dominicana who have the habit of loud talking and arguing for a few hours in the middle of night ( 2 – 5 am). I got the following information from the owner about soundproofing: 1) SOUNDPROOF means that there are no bars and restaurants in the area, 2) We are going sleeping very early – it was 11 p.m. – and that is the point of problem, 3) For my question if this lady likes sleeping in noise I got the answer yes !!! 4) Soundproof means special carpentry in the apartment and two glass in windows – noise from walls is no her problem, 5) Loud neighours is not owner’s problem. On 2nd day she gave us very small room. There was relax for two nights and evenings. But after that the noisy from neighours living down started again – the people from South America was speaking very loudly nearly every evening and they brawled very often. When I started to talk by the walls that there is night and I want to have silence calm man banged to our doors and screamed something in Spanish very aggresively. I do not speak Spanish. I asked the owner for some refund and satisfaction because of her lie she damaged our holidays. We were awaken about ten times during our two weeks staying. Owner did not feel to do it completely and started to be very arrogant, unpolite and exalted.There are a lot of better and new apartments in the area - if we knew that there is lie about soundproo It is normal flat in older building NO PENTHOUSE APARTMENT like described. Now the case is taken to the court. IF YOU LIKE SLEEPING IN LOUD ROOM LIKE THE OWNER THIS APARTMENT IS IDEAL FOR YOU !!! IF YOU WANT TO HAVE QUIET AND RELAX APARMENT STAY AWAY !!!

the appartment is absolutely beautiful. looks like on the pictures. we especially appreciated the two big balconies and the space in the kitchen. the appartment has more to offer than you can see on the pictures, i. e. there is a built-in ice maker on the fridge, a second couch, TVs in all rooms, sunchairs to take to the beach,... all in all we were really sad to leave! this place is better than our home :)

There is not much we didn't like and I would book this property again. However, two things to consider: you can pay online on booking but the tourist tax you have to pay upon arrival and it has to be in cash. That's not a problem but informing about that prior to arrival in one of the messages would be recommendable (nowadays not everyone travels with cash). also I would consider this place perfect for home office too. I often travel having my work laptop with me. The safe is far too small to fit that (it doesn't even fit an ipad). Also it was unclear to us how to use the safe as we couldn't find any instructions. (I am sure though if we had written to the owner, she would have gladly answered us very quickly and explained. since we were on a leisure trip, we didn't bother)

The apartment was amazing extremely well decorated and very comfortable

The apartment was great! Very clean, nicely decorated and it had everything you need and more! Mariana (the host) is super friendly, easy to reach and can help with anything! We loved staying here and 10/10 would recommend!
