Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable beds. Proximity to Teotihuacan. A little walk.

Great location within 20 minute walking distance of the pyramids. Very clean comfortable room with a small terrace overlooking the street (room 2). I was offered a larger room but decided this one was fine for me on my own. No a/c but fans available although I didn't need one. Staff were very friendly and patient with my very limited Spanish. Free secure parking. You give them your car keys and they park it. You just ask if you need the car and they will bring it round. Free coffee downstairs in the morning in a lovely courtyard area. Also there's drinks and beer available. Kitchen was closed when i stayed there as they were very quiet. May be able to get breakfast if you request ahead or if they are busier. Failing that, there are lots of places nearby on the road next to the pyramids.

Bed was a little firm for my taste but others may disagree Had some problems with hot water in my room but when I pointed this out, they tried to fix it and when that didn't immediately work they gave me the keys to another room to shower there. Could hear the train horns at night although that is hardly the fault of the hotel.

Muy atentos desde la llegada!! Pude reservar con ellos vuelo en gglobo y temazcal, muy agradable el lugar y comoda la habitación para pasar la noche

They accepted credit card to pay but their card reader was not available, so we needed to go to ATM in the town to prepare cash. It was waste of time. The hotel location is good to visit pyramids.
