Wadi Rum UFO Luxotel - Campsite

This place was incredible and a once in a lifetime experience! Everything was immaculate and they went above and beyond to welcome us there! Food was so yummy and plentiful. Thanks to Mohammed the male host for the wonderful free drinks at dinner! We will definitely come back!

Helpful staff, clean & spacious room, stable WIFI, very new & modern.

The stay was great and very unique. It was a Star Wars experience. The excursion into the desert was great fun and our guide was very hospitable. I would be nice if Hotels.com gave an address for the site that wasn't written in Arabic for those of us who do not speak Arabic. It was somewhat difficult to find since we arrived in the dead of night and the route into the site is very dark.

Fantastic, Wadi Rum is amazing and the UFO Luxotel was a very cool place to stay. The “rooms” are really nice, comfortable and very clean. The staff is attentive and the activities offered are great. We did a stargazing, camel ride, and jeep tour, they were all wonderful and recommended to other visitors.We had dinner and breakfast there and both were fresh and delicious.

I normally don't leave reviews, but I would like to extend my many thanks to everyone from UFO Luxotel who's helped with locating my laptop, especially Nije Alfawaz. Long story short, I left my laptop at one of the bubbles and discovered it only when I was crossing the Jordan border to israel (literally as I put my bags pass the machine..after returning rental car + take a cab to the border) I immediately called, and was initially told that they could not find my laptop in the room. I was very positive it was in my room and became quite upset, believing that one of the staffs must have taken it. Fast forward to the next day, I was told that that laptop was found, and I talked to Nije on the phone, who assured me that my laptop was in safe hands. Nije was responsive in answering to my questions on how I will get my laptop back, and helped me out to get the laptop back to me. Getting to Wadi Rum is not super straightforward, so I'm very grateful that I got the very needed help to get my laptop back out of Jordan to my hands back in the US now. Anyway, My stay overall was very pleasant! The stargazing activity is a must if you haven't done it before. Food was very great as well. Not sure if they improved from the previous comments, but I personally found the breakfast to be quite pleasant, unlike the "bare minimum" that the other comments seem to describe.

Amazing experience stay in this bubble hotel. Luxury stay in the desert. Good selection of food in the buffet. Attentive and friendly hotel staff. The camp was lovely

This campsite is a bit remote from Wadi Rum. The rooms are in great conditions, however our room retractable roof was not working, that's pretty bad considering that is the main reason we picked this campsite, so you can observe the stars straight from your bed.

Incredible room, very comfortable bed, excellent meals, best way to see the stars and desert. Unclear instructions and very difficult to find based on guidance provided, which requires meeting drivers at a nearby gas station without signage related to the site.

The most favorite thing in this place is serenity, especially when sitting at the balcony surrounding by good landscape. What I didn't like is I wish I could have more times to stay at this hotel.
