Lack of Customer Satisfaction

There was a smell of tobacco in the rooms, especially in the toilet ventilation.

The floors did not have carpet. It made them slightly uncomfortable. There was no iron in the room. I had to go get one iron my clothes. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that did not have an iron. There was a sink in the kitchen area but no paper towels or towel of any kind to dry dishes or whatever the beds were comfortable They were handicap spots one had a vehicle that was parked no indication whatsoever that it was a handicapped person. The other handicapped spot was half blocked by a car. While I have no problem with people smoking the hotel should not allow smoky right outside the door. I opened my room door to the smell of two people sitting in the back of a vehicle Ing their joints, which was not acceptable. The hotel should not allow smoking right outside the door. I have seen plenty of hotels where there is no smoking right outside the door there’s a separate section away from the doors.

Location was convenient to shore locations.

Bed was sort of hard but it wasn’t awful

Alright for the price, wouldn't prefer to stay more than a night

Easy to book.

Grounds are not well maintained. Smoking allowed all over the Hotel. People Smoking in front of my room. There weren't enough towels. Wouldn't stay there again.

Hotel staff was extremely pleasant to deal with. I would definitely stay again anytime I’m in the area.
