It's the ideal place to stay if you just want an affordable and clean place to sleep when traveling. I was happy with the breakfast, and enjoyed eating on the picnic table in the nice weather.

Not that it's a huge problem, but if the weather is really bad I'm not sure how breakfast would work out. There's not enough room in the office area if many people wanted breakfast at the same time and the walk to your room is outdoors in the weather since it's a motel.

Bedding and towels were clean but I would say an upgrade is needed for towels and bedding.

Bed was comfortable

1. only the door handle lock; no additional locks; 2. above the since, their was evidence of a leak that was not fully repaired; 3. there was an area in the ceiling (looked like an attic type opening) that wasn't fully repaired; 4. host when we arrived was NOT friendly
