Location was decent.

I booked this OYO in Lucknow based on the seemingly positive reviews on Booking.com, a decision I deeply regret. It's clear those reviews are misleading, and I strongly advise anyone considering this property to check Google reviews for an accurate picture. The room was disgustingly unclean. The toilet was filthy, and I'm hesitant to even describe what I saw. Insects were crawling across the dirty floor, highlighting the lack of basic hygiene. The bed sheets felt unwashed, and the floor was covered in grime. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They acted as if I was a burden, and any request was met with disdain. There was absolutely no parking available, despite any claims to the contrary. The advertised facilities were nonexistent. The pictures on Booking.com are a complete misrepresentation. The reality is a run-down, neglected room that feels like a health hazard. This experience was beyond disappointing. It was revolting. I strongly urge you to avoid this OYO and look elsewhere. Do not trust the Booking.com reviews – they are not a reflection of the reality. Check Google reviews to see the true extent of the problems. You have been warned.

The location was the only good thing. Nothing was as shown in the pictures.

The room was dingy and unclean. The commode was broken and the water kept leaking all through the night. Bedsheets were not clean. No towels or toiletries were provided. On demand was provided with an old towel which was wet. Suggestion - Keep away from this hotel.

Not at all a good hotel. Very bad .

Rooms are not neat, beds, pillows are very bad.
