The refrigerator did not work and I call them and they never came to check it out. Will not go back they the staff guy was not friendly at all. Could not understand him either.

Didn't like the fact my employees were in a room that had roaches, or the fact that I was only refunded 1 night after they left because of the roaches after one night.

Both rooms were very dirty. Blood stains on the sheets, used soap and towels in the bathroom, floors and nightstands were sticky. Trash under the side of the bed. Hair on towels and bedding. Call front desk to ask for clean towels and bedding and were told they didn't have any. Only stayed one night (due to how late we checked in)of the 2 we booked.

That i didn't have to drive all the way back home.

The cock roaches, the weed roaches we found in the room, the water in the tube kept running and we couldn't close the bathroom door.

"Glad I chose this Red Roof Inn!"

The manager Peter was the best. Never have I been treated so well at a hotel! Lent me a phone charger when I didn’t have mine with me. Just looked after me!
