Leaving.

The manager was incredibly unprofessional and rude about my service animals and the rooms were filthy. Will never stay again.

Staff was friendly. Toilet had a sanitary tape around it proving that it had been sanitized.

The location was very smelly. The arm chair in the room was ripped and in very poor condition. The blinds didn't completely close so I felt exposed. The breakfast was very mediocre. There was a huge bug crawling in my room.

"Worse hotel room ever!"

Front desk lady was really nice.

Room was dirty, with exception of the beds. there were live roaches on the room, I killed probably 8, then I had to ask for raid spray at the office, so I did spray all around. There was food left on fridge, from previous customer. There was mold in bathroom ceiling and shower was disgusting, besides that need major tub resurface, there was no way to take a shower in there. Very disgusting. Floors dirty as well. Then breakfast, was a fiasco omg! At 7:15am, everything was pretty much gone and empty. Breakfast room very dirty and unattended. Overall, a really bad experience. I would never ever, stay in this hotel again. Not recommended.!!!
