Great location, everything good

The location is very central to Flinders Street Station. Walking distance to most areas in Melbourne. Service is lovely great for value, breakfast is included.They have 24/7 Front Desk Service at the front and you can check out earlier as well.

- The Mattresses were too soft - Can get loud in the middle of the night with other people crossing through the corridor

Nothing, All went perfect

Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay! Staff were friendly and helpful - were able to provide us with scales to weigh our suitcases too. Staff serving breakfast were also very kind and approachable. Temperature controlled room, TV we were able to cast to, very fast Wi-fi! Shower was detachable with great heat and water pressure - it made all the difference after a long day.

Only minor preference would be some kind of fresh water tap in the room, we were unsure whether the bathroom tap was suitable for drinking. Also keep in mind that privacy in the bathroom is quite minimal - there are large gaps in the frosted glass so all noises can be heard, if you're travelling with a shy pooper - bring headphones.
