La Gioiella Capri

Pretty place, nice view, ample space, a short walk to town.

The booking said someone would meet us to let us in. No one was there, the bell did not work, we were stuck right on a busy road with suitcases for half an hour. We phoned the number, a man said “two minutes.” Nothing further. Without a code, we finally got into the key box. Then, late at night we found that the bed in the second bedroom had no sheets and there were no towels. There was dirty linen in the washing machine, no fresh sheets or towels to be found. The owner refunded us one night but the fact is this stay was a disaster. The house itself is nice but there was no management, and we suffered.

large property, very clean, great view to the bay and Vesuvio in the distance, great teraces. Great host, organized and paid for the taxi pickup from and to the Boat.

Relaxing and cozy house with spacious outdoor area which was great for enjoying the nice view. Located within walking distance to Capri main town. The owner of the property was nice and responsive to our needs during the stay. She also arranged for pick up and transfer service to/from the pier when we arrived and departed.

The villa is perfect.

The property is very well located. It’s a big house with all necessary amenities. It has a awesome view. The airconditioners also heat up which we found quite useful in October. The Capri city center is just 8-10 mins walk. Federica is a great host and she helped us connect with the local boat company who gave us a very memorable trip. She also arranges pick up from ferry gate to hotel and back which was of great help. Overall we had a great time

Nothing to complain

Amazing view! The host is very responsive and nice! I think if you booked up to certain prices they offer you a free ride taxi both way! We stayed for two nights and the host offered us taxi for free both ways from the port to the and return too! The house very clean with full amenities and kitchen tools. We cooked dinner at home for both nights and it was amazing! Feeling like home for sure! Highly recommend for family travel!

We could easily walk into town!

This stay was exceptional! Not only was the house itself incredible, the host truly went above and beyond to make our time here so seamless. Cannot recommend enough!
