Nonostante abbiamo prenotato alle 16 lo staff è stato abbastanza tempestivo nel riceverci. Ci hanno dato una stanza upgrade perché la nostra non era pronta.

Hanno chiesto 300€ di cauzione in contanti. Comprensibile poiché l'isola è frequentata da molti ragazzi che fanno danni. Tuttavia non c'è stato un check della struttura all'ingresso quindi non avevano il conto delle variazioni peggiorative. Hanno trovato una lesione sul vetro che, dopo 10 minuti di dialogo tranquillo, non ci hanno attribuito (era li gia prima). Quindi gentili e disponibili
