No air conditioning. It was not working. Staff thought like it was no big deal.

That took 100 from me and didn’t even get to stay in the room

Close to where I needed to be

Dirty, broken items, no toilet paper, no one at desk at check out and rang bell 4 times for help. Breakfast was almost none existent.

Staff member at reception gave top service . I also forgot my credit card which I left in the room . He personally called me which was much appreciated.

The door could have been more secure

Bed was decent with adequate bedding.

As soon as you walk in it smells just like a nursing facility.. Once I got checked in and walked up to my room I was met with an insanely bad odor. Once I got the key to actually open the door my mouth hit the floor. I had no working light in the room, there were holes all over the walls, the walls were filthy, the vents were disgusting, and to top it off - my bed sheets weren’t clean and the toilet had blood & bm stains all over it. The guy at the front was nice, but was no help when I brought this to his attention. All he could do was apologize and tell me I had to contact the manager whenever he decides to come back to work. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The heat was good.

The staff was rude and unprofessional. The room still had trash on the floor from the previous guests, sticky stuff in the drawers, and the wallpaper was peeling off the wall. The door to our hotel room didn't shut all the way which made it feel unsafe.
