Location, staff, beds were very comfortable

Pillows are too small and extremely flat, the hotel needs some maintenance work. Safety latch on the door was hanging off and only had one screw keeping it on the door. The sink took 2 hours to drain.

Pretty much everything. The room looked horrible, there were smoke stains all over the walls and ceiling, most of the lamps in the room didn’t work, the hot water didn’t work. My husband and I stayed on 07-12 after a concert and all I wanted was to have a nice shower but instead I had a very depressing cold shower. I am pretty disappointed to say the least. Can’t believe I waisted $150 on a room here. Not to leave out hearing gunshots just outside of your room.

Water was hot, air was cold.

Was not clean, stained sheets, was not vacuumed.

Staffs attitude, no hot water for the shower, no coffee pot, staff was hard to reach, we had a hard time getting clean towels and the continental breakfast was a joke..... was very disappointed

Dirty. Dead bugs on floor where it hadn’t been cleaned. Mold on dust ruffle. Blood or poop on back of bathroom door. We would have left but we rode motorcycle from Indiana and no other place had openings.

The rooms are not how they are pictured. Very small and cramped, there was a terrible smell in the room and a yellow stain on one of the bedspreads.
