Front desk was friendly and welcoming! Room was immaculate and comfortable. Bar tenders were engaging and drinks were on point! Great overnight stay!

Loved this hotel. The room was perfect!

I had an exceptional welcome, all very attentive, from the person who works at the Front Desk Impressively Special, as well as the person of cleaning and the valet parking, I congratulate you for having those people, such gentlemen and exemplary.

The service at the Wanderer was terrible at breakfast, the person who served us was very rude, I literally waited 18 minutes for her to bring me a spoon that I needed to dilute the honey in my tea, all she did was push a fork across the table towards me, when I didn’t need it, every time I called her over she wouldn’t respond, it was like I was talking to a wall, after waiting so long I had to go to the front desk to ask for help and he was very kind enough to bring the spoon to my table, I ended up drinking my iced tea. All the staff there are great but that one person overshadowed everything that was special about that place, it’s a shame that despite having exceptional staff, this one person offered such poor treatment and gave a bad image to the great service of the staff that works there, I left very disappointed with that place, and for nothing in the world will I go back there or recommend it.

Favorite hotel in Chattanooga. Easy walking distance to restaurants. Very clean rooms. Safe area.
