TV and fridge not plugged in, fridge dirty, sink stopped up, half of one roll of toilet paper. TV didn't turn on, unable to cool drinks in fridge.

For the price it was an okay place to spend the night, however the beds are horrible the 2 of us bairly slept all night because our backs were so sore laying in the bed. I actually got up at 2 in the morning and slept on the floor. Couldnt get any ice because the ice machine dont work it was hard to find because there isnt even a name on the building. Its fine if you are tired and need a place to stay overnight, but I would find a differnt place if you have a family and need the more service. Only real complaint with 2 grown men is the beds YUCK!

It was a great value, and a very convenient place to stop on my route. I enjoyed the in room coffee maker. The bed was comfortable.

Decent enough for one night. Dirty hallways, every sheet was stained, musty odor in room. Bathroom was tidy

The walls were dirty in our room and and the breakfast area. I also saw mold in our mini fridge.

Rooms were good The main entrance should be smoke free The hot tub was broke

it could have been clean. body hairs on pillow cases, pillows were yellow, sweat stained and stunk. stains on bed spread

Mike was an amazing individual to work with, Reginald was very unprofessional and nit sympathetic at all and really didn't communicate very well with the guest. I had booked my stay but was paying when I arrived that was told of him upon arrival and still didn't know the what when where or whys to handle the businesses of my stay. I don't like that they clear your key cards while your out visiting cause who wants to keep going to the front desk to have their key card activated over and over specially if you have a wonderful night out on the town
