Appartement propre, terrasse agréable. Hôte très gentil et réactif. Bonne literie. Localisation calme. Wifi et clim fonctionnent parfaitement.

Appartement à rafraîchir (poêles très usées, cafetière vieille et trop petite, abattant des wc vieux et cassé, housse de coussin trouée) c'est dommage car vous pouvez facilement avoir 10!

- El trato recibido por el anfitrión no fue del todo agradable y poco resolutivos con un problema con el horno. - Poco menaje de cocina y el que había estaba en muy mal estado. Sartenes dobladas. - En la descripción se añade que había horno y este no funcionaba. La solución del dueño fue usar el fuego, como si fuera la misma función. - Habitación con literas sin ventilación y mínimo espacio. - Lavabo sin ningún lugar donde apoyar nada. - Comedor sin sofá ni donde descansar. - Sábanas de las camas en poco higiénicas

- The apartment was clean and tidy. - The place was quiet. - The terrace was sheltered from the wind. - The location was perfect, close to Bosa and the beach. - The mattress was bowed in the middle, and the sheets and pillows were of poor quality. - The shower curtain didn't keep the water in every time we showered. - We miss a microwave in the kitchen. - The owner wasn’t particularly friendly.

Nice place, very close to the center city and sea-promenade. Easy checkin and friendly staff.

The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood, it is clean, the owner responds fast and lives in the same building. The kitchen is equipped and there is a terrace. The building is clean and quiet.

We experienced an electricity blackout for short time and the owner solved the problem as he is living in the same building. We didn’t use all the devices at once, only the air conditioner and the hairdryer (no oven, etc.). After solving the issue, the owner sent us a warning that we should cover the costs if anything would happen. We are frequent travellers and we use booking very often, but never been warned for anything we have not done. The electricity issue was an unpleasant episode.

Were made to feel bad as the corkscrew couldn’t be found and we were accused of taking it . Also that we didn’t leave 2 euros tax which we didn’t realise we had to (our fault for not reading the message - but were travelling on a scooter)

Three bedrooms, balcony

Nice apartment on the third floor. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

No kettle to boil water for tea. But this is standard in Italy.
