The first room I was put in had black MOLD all along the bottom of the shower curtain. Handles were broken off the the night stand and the and dresser. The second room had a hole in the side of the tub. The person at the des refused to contact the manager or provide a refund on the reservation.

Dirty. Every where in room. Bathroom dirty holesnin celling with mold holes in shower and broken stuff on tub. Head bored of bed sticky.

Hot tub suites were awesome. Staff was very accommodating. Lots of people rate as fair but ultimately only got for hot tub suite for my bday gift for myself and it was phenomenal. No breakfast, but I brought my own snacks so everything else was great. Staff gave me more pillows thank you for your help. TV volume remote didn't work but buttons on side did, not a deal breaker. Lots of small things but ultimately awesome place will recommend for this area. Ans great hotel staff that was accommodating so I appreciate that.

I like the space and that it had a kitchen and everything in it

I didn't like that y'all haven't changed the name it took me over an hour to realize that that was the hotel I was trying to find
