Bonsukoda Lodge

We really enjoyed our time at the Lodge. Our rooms were so clean. The facilities are top notch. I will definitely stay there again if I travel to Ghana again. The staff were so nice, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was really nice as well.

For the price, the facilities are good, the staff are helpful and most importantly they keep the place clean to a high standard.

Some furniture / equipment is showing it's age, but I guess for the price and location it's nothing major. Everything worked as expected

The management of the property is terrible. They could not even locate my booking and caused me a lot of stress

The staff were nice and welcoming

I had a good experience because the staff were ready to help at any time but the facility was not in a good standard. The first room located to us was not good, we experienced electrical shock with the fridge and the walls looked dirty. The room was changed the following day and the bathroom tap was leaking, the toilet was also leaking which was repaired later but the water pressure was too low so the shower was not flowing well. I must say the staff were nice and welcoming and and good location where tou can get lots of shops around and it was easy to get around town as well. I am not sure if other rooms had similar issues but there were my experience We booked for 2 guests but was served breakfast for only one guest

Poor management

Very clean and comfortable beds.

Hotel management system is poor. Air conditioning and showers not working well and the worst is booking a room for two, being denied breakfast and was forced to pay the additional breakfast which was totally unacceptable for me. I also spent the night without shower and unfortunately, in the morning despite the staff effort, there was not water for shower either.
