Posizione eccellente. Il proprietario ci ha accolti personalmente all’arrivo con grande gentilezza e disponibilità, fornendoci tutte le indicazioni e i consigli necessari per trascorrere un soggiorno al top. Esperienza davvero positiva, struttura consigliata!

Brand new, centrally located within few steps from the downtown main pedestrian street. It offers limited free street parking and there is a paid parking right beneath the building. The apartment was absolutely quiet with very fast internet and a nice view. The host was welcoming and proactive. At arrival you may consider parking for a short time at the pay parking facility beneath the building particularly if you have a lot of luggage.

There were few annoyances partly due to the fact that the apartment is brand new: there were no luggage racks, there was no kitchen towel of paper towel available and, since the apartment can host up to 4 people, the 50 liter electric water heater is a little painful. If one runs out of hot water, there is some waiting time before they can take a hot shower. Finally, the building is above a mostly empty shopping center and it is a bit desolate feeling.

Posizione ottima, arredamento nuovo e bagno comodissimo. Proprietario gentilissimo.
