The rooms were so dirty. I had to clean the floor myself because it was so disgusting. The carpet was so disgusting. The staff was rude and they don't even have coffee. Horrible just horrible place to stay. Don't do it. Do not stay here. I had random people knocking on my door, drunk, random people me and my kids were terrified that we left.
The people were great - they found us another ground-floor room, due to my sciatica. This place takes dogs. Hard to find. Glad they were there :)
There was no garbage can in our room or the bathroom . The floor hadnt been vacuuumed. There was no outdoor seating under the gazebo they showed. No large grill like they showed. The tv had no service. No phones in the room. Not a great neighborhood. Glad it was fairly cheap
Room was gross and not clean at all. Remote was broke and couldnt hardly see in mirror it was so dirty. Talked to lady at front desk she was upset and wanted us to change rooms. We declined bc we didnt want to move our stuff again. Smelled like musty wet dog so we bought candles. Bed was comfy. So basically front desk ladies were awesome housekeeping and room crap.
It's in a great location right off the highway with lots of shopping and dining options.
Was there to attend a National Umpire School.
We arrived at 9pm, and I was told my reservation was cancelled as I didn't indicate a "late arrival" of after 6pm. 0/5 stars.
