Personal muy simpatico. Nos prepararon desayuno para llevar porque teniamos que hacer el check out muy pronto. Tal y como en las fotos, instalaciones muy bonitas.

Iluminacion en la habitacion un poco oscura, colchones un poco duros para mi gusto

What really stood out was the staff: incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and supported. They offer a range of additional services, such as airport transfers and organized tours, which made our stay much more convenient. We also relied on them for recommendations,whether it was where to eat, how to get around, or what to see, and they were always spot-on. They truly were our number one point of reference throughout the trip. Another highlight was the breakfast, which was varied and generous, offering a great start to each day. The location is also a big plus: very central, yet still peaceful. You’re just a 3-minute walk from the beginning of Rue Sid Abd El Aziz, making it easy to explore the city.

One small area for improvement concerns the linens. While the riad overall,and the room in particular,was very clean, we noticed that the bed sheets had some visible stains that likely no longer come out. Refreshing or replacing them would make the experience feel even more polished.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer wurde täglich sehr sauber gereinigt. Der Service im Riad hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Angestellten waren alle sehr freundlich. Wir haben die Nähe zu Medina Medina-Zentrum sehr geschätzt, so dass wir fast nie ein Taxi in Anspruch nehmen mussten.

Das Zimmer war für 3 Personen und europäische Verhältnisse eher klein.

Kahvaltı iyiydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Resepsiyondan Hüsame Bey bize çok yardımcı oldu.

Gürültülüydü ancak tüm Riadlarda bu durum geçerli. Riadda kalmak istiyorsanız bunu göz ardı etmeniz gerekir.
