Travelodge by Wyndham Virginia Beach Bay Beach

Was quiet, room was clean, didn’t see any bugs. Near beach, restaurants near by.

The room smelled of cigarettes, and it was no smoking room,very dirty,stains on wall,dirty towels and sheets.People wandering and loitering outside,did not feel safe.Key card hardly worked to let me in room.

Close to road but also close to beach. Quiet if you ask for a room toward back. Had good plug-in portals. Reading light over beds. Coffee in room. Frig in room. Hair dryer. Base of toilet was not clean. Swiped my finger over the top of coffee machine - really dusty.

It did what was needed

It served its purpose- clean and efficient

The hotel is in a good location with easy access to the beach and a few eateries. The room smelt like someone had been smoking in it. When I called, I was informed that this is a no smoking hotel and that the room had been vacant for a while. However in the way to our room another guest was sitting outside their room smoking! I left the door open for a while and this helped. The room itself was a pretty decent size and has basic amenities. The bed was comfortable and all of the bedding was fresh and clean. I was disappointed with the shower water pressure- it was literally a dribble. Friends also experienced this.

location was nice bc it was next to the beach. but our room wasn’t the cleanest.

our shower didn’t work really at all, barely had water pressure coming out of it. & our floors had sand all over them whenever we first got there. & there was also stains on our sheets. but we didn’t complain at all bc we are understanding.
