Petit déjeuner excellent au restaurant. L’hôtel est très bien situé et son environnement verdoyant est vraiment apaisant. Le personnel est également très agréable. Je recommande !

Pour le petit déjeuner en chambre, il y a peu de choix et il manque quelques éléments pratiques, comme des petites cuillères, des assiettes ou encore un torchon pour se servir le thé sans se brûler. En revanche, le petit déjeuner au restaurant est parfait.

L'hotel est magnifique , le personnel tres gentil et aux petits soins ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir Lieu reposant !!! L'hotel est tres bien placé!

Manque un petit peu de choix au niveau du restaurant

Zalige locatie met prachtige kamers. We hebben er met onze twee kleine kinderen een heerlijke tijd gehad! Super vriendelijk personeel, lekker eten en op een makkelijke afstand van de stad (met een taxi of de gratis shuttlebus is de stad makkelijk bereikbaar)

De som jobber var veldig hyggelige og selve opphold du er inni en skog meg samtidig i nærheten av sentrum

Le personnel était très accueillant et les lieux étaient très agréables et propres. Merci à Brahim de nous avoir surclasser, cela a permis de faire dormir notre bébé dans un chambre à part et d'avoir plus de confort. Merci également au personnel pour leur accueil et leurs petits gestes pour notre bébé et nous même et plus particulièrement Samir. Tout a été fait pour faciliter notre séjour avec notre bébé, c'était parfait, nous reviendrons !

Fantastic environment, quiet and peaceful with very friendly helpful staff. Swimming pool and food were great, and water park a lot of fun. 15 min shuttle to town centre or to airport.

Almost everything: location (very close to the airport and Medina), waterpark is a huge bonus, staff was kind, we had a great time

F&B in the main restaurant needs improvements: 1) breakfast was pretty basic, which is fine, but also there was only one person making eggs, so sometimes there would be a queue of 10 people waiting 2) not all staff was proactive, so when fresh orange juice would finish, we had to ask to refill it 3) almost every day we had to ask for salt and pepper as it wasn’t always on the table, same for tea spoons, so no consistency 4) dinner at the main restaurant was extremely poor, one of the dishes was grilled chicken with potatoes, it came cold (as the other main course), so we had to ask to heat it up, it came back slightly warmer, but not hot, and also it was tasteless, with any sauce at all, plain chicken skewers with plain potato cubes. So we ended up eating out every evening after that.

The place and the rooms are nice. Also the staff at the breakfast buffet restaurant are all nice and accomodating.
