Needs upgrades on rugs smelly or replaced due to muggy smell couch replace or remove fridge update or electric problem

Awful. It was filthy. The carpet was stained, the ceiling looked like it had mold or water damage, weird noises were coming from the kitchen area(which didn't have a light), and the lamps were rusty and dusty. Desk chair was broken. Someone had dumped sheets outside on the ground and they stayed there the entire time I was there. Garbage bags were left outside rooms on the walkway. I booked 2 nights but ended up leaving after 1.

The rooms were dirty, the rooms were just not well kept. I had to wipe down the room and clean the floor myself. No one seem to know why the rooms are in such terrible conditions.I took pictures..

Room carpets and furniture are old and musty. Okay for weary traveler. The outdoor swimming pool had green algae at bottom and need cleaning and bleach. Breakfast was average with bread and waffles.

The overall experience was horrible. The room was nasty, the ceiling had visible black mold, the carpet smelled wet and like urine. The shower and tub wasnt clean and the shower head and knobs were rusted really bad. We stayed on the first floor of the restaurant side. This is by far the worse hotel experiences I've ever had. I would not recommend this hotel. If it would let me upload my photos i would.

The room was clean. Way better than expected. The only issue we had was with the door. The key card worked but the door was jammed. Staff was very prompt in helping with this situation and even offered us another room. That was not needed since we were staying for one night. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The room had a musty smell and looked like a little mold on wall by A/C unit. Bed was hard and not very comfortable

L’HORREUR!!! L’hôtel est dans un état de décrépitude inimaginable. Il était très tard et nous devions absolument dormir pour continuer notre route. On ne peut pas faire dormir les gens dans une chambre aussi insalubre. C’est dangereux pour leur santé. Le tapis était sale, taché et plein de nourriture sèche. Le bain écailler, la toilette sale et pleine de moisissure. Les serviettes tâchées. Le réfrigérateur et la climatisation faisaient du bruit. Tout était sales!!!! Les murs, le plafond, les lampes. Lorsque que l’on s’est plaint le lendemain matin, l’hôtel ne pouvait pas nous rembourser, car nous avions réservé avec l’application Hôtels.com. Un cauchemar!
