Quality Inn Petersburg Fort Lee Area

The location was good, that’s about it

The hotel room wasn’t clean at all and the television kept going in and out and my room phone didn’t work at all

Very dirty. Took shower with flip flops on. One good thing. Extra dead bolt on door. Felt safe

Not good

Same as every other quality inn in VA. Outdated, bugs, stains, bathrooms so small the doors hit the toilets, exposed outlets, you name it

Arrived and was given two keys that didn’t work. Walked back to the office. Desk clerk told me we had to do something with the handle when tapping the lock. After 5 minutes of struggling with it, my wife figured out how to open the door. Walked in and the heat wouldn’t turn on. Walked back to the office. Replacement desk clerk flipped a switch and said everything was fine. Apparently, the first clerk wasn’t aware of the switch. Next morning, showed up for our free breakfast. Door was locked. Desk clerk said he had to step away so he had to “lock down” the building “for awhile.” So, no free breakfast.

Perfect location to everything you may need. It’s conveniently located near almost everything.

Some of the rooms could use a little more attention to cleanliness. However, they were clean enough to stay in for the amount of time needed.

Overall the hotel was ok. We had to get our key cards reprogrammed every day. On the first morning I tried their make your own waffles and they tasted like spoiled milk. I did not try them again. Staff was courteous and friendly.

Spider webs everywhere out your door. Ac was on whole rug was wet under Ac unit. Dont think they swept the floor at all. Just didn't feel clean at all. Will never still again

The room is close to a bar where there was music for a good part of the night preventing us from sleeping moreover the air conditioning in the neighboring room was defective and made an infernal noise all night avoid this place if you want to have a good night
