Probably the best hotel i stayed at on my road trip

Friendly staff, helpful. Easy check in and check out. Easy parking.

Each and every time I’ve stayed at this property there has been something in the room that wasn’t working. Last time I stayed the refrigerator didn’t work. This time I cannot lock the door using the deadbolt.

The staff we encountered were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was included, but it was not stated that it was a grab and go, so no real hot options: cold cereal, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, sweet packaged breakfast items, and prepackaged items that you could heat up in a microwave. Kind of a minor thing… But the TV schedule in the room was not very clear.

There were some food options within walking distance. Plenty of parking. The hot tub and pool were pleasant. The bed was comfortable and clean.

Due to car trouble, we were unable to make it to the first night of our 2 night stay. The hotel cancelled our entire reservation and then proceeded to charge us extra for the night we did stay. To add to that trouble, there were lots of rowdy guests in the lobby and gym area. The parking lot had people milling around playing loud music, lots of trash everywhere. It made us feel very uncomfortable. The breakfast was also very disappointing. I would not stay here again.

We’ve stayed here a couple times over the last decade. Staff are always really nice and helpful. The facility isn’t in the best condition - the hallways smell musty, the doors are creaky, and just about everything needs an update. I believe it’s having an update soon, which will be good!

Room amenities were to our preferences. Plenty of space in the refrigerator/freezer where this feature seems rare in other lodging brands. Room styling and layout were nice, not minimalist like others. Breakfast offerings included good variety of choices. Will stay here again.
