It is on the beach and 7 min to the peer where you arrive at Tortuguero. They have a shared kitchen you can use. The staff is super friendly.

Good value for money and great location. Clean rooms and close to the beach and other amenities. We enjoyed our stay here :)

Our room didn't have air con, two fans were supplied but our room was still hotter than it was outside!

"Great staff!"

The staff was so kind and friendly! We loved the canal tour they set up, and they were very attentive. The location was also perfect, about 7 minutes from the center/dock but right on the beach. Our family loved taking a quick dip between activities!

It was a bit hot when we went, even with fans, but great price/quality relationship.

Location was excellent. The room was OK a bit basic. And the kitchen was dark, small and not scruffy. It was booked to be within some of our parties budget. It was a bit basic for us.

Nice basic hostel next to the beach, nice staff, hammocks in the shade, wildlife visible from the garden (green macaw, sloth, tucans, ..)

Room was hot and stuffy, but that's to be expected. And we had two fans, which helped

Perfect location, close to the town and a stone throw away from the beach. Really lovely staff, very patient and kind! Comfortable sleep in a clean spacious room! Watching sunrise on the beach is a must!! Thank you

"Simple accommodations close to nature and the sea"

Close to the sea, so it was lovely to hear the sound of the surf all night. Located in a residential area so you saw local people going about their daily lives.

I didn’t mind the ten minute walk to the centre of town, but don’t stay here if you want be close in.
