Capanna Suites

The resort is well equipped and has a cosy tuscan atmosphere with a good view on Val d Orcia and is really close to Montalcino and other popular sights. The resort is clean, modern, the garden is cute. The receptionist, waiter and cleaning managers were nice and smiley.

The huge problem is a missing receptionist during the nights. We had a medical problem and nobody from the personnel did help or respond to our calls, we had a trouble to open a gate for ambulance. I highly recommend to install anAED machine in the resort area and make someone on call during the nights or just inform the guests clearly that there is no hotel staff present after 10pm. The breakfast options are rather poor. The free entry to spa is limited to one hour only for a whole stay (for proper sauna you need at least one hour and half). I dislike also the constantly playing music in the garden (it is not audible at the rooms, only when you walk by), I would appreciate just a sound of the nature even during a garden stroll.

Cappana Suites is in a perfect location with only a 10 minute drive to Montalcino. The view is so breathtaking that I couldn't stop taking pictures! Our room was beautiful in a modern/rustic decor. The modern bathroom has everything you need! Although we didn't use it, the pool looked beautiful, also overlooking the beautiful scenery. Breakfast in the dining room was wonderful! Dinner was delicious the one night we ate there! Would highly recommend this beautiful property for you next stay in Tuscany!

נוף מושלם. חדר נהדר. צוות נהדר גם בחדר האוכל. שני מלצרים נפלאים ממש. ארוחה נהדרת בערב וגם בבוקר. נוף של שקיעה וזריחה - מקסים!!!!! ג׳קוזי וספא מקסימים.

Site raffine paisible formidablement bien paysage , une restauration de grande qualite servie par un personnel aux petits soins , mention speciale a Josephine . Personnel de la reception tres agreable.
