熱水很熱，水量充沛，環境超級乾淨、舒適。 幾乎是花蓮市唯一有提供瓦斯爐煮東西的背包客棧，其他設備還有洗衣機及曬衣空間、烤箱、微波爐、冰箱及飲水機、置物櫃等等，地點絕佳、生活便利，實在非常難得！ 服務人員熱忱提供各項有益資訊，還有機會碰到台灣或世界各地有趣的旅客分享旅遊經驗… 值得十分推薦！希望住客都能維持環境整潔喔，讓遠道而來的其他訪客也有美好的住宿體驗！
