The reviews were not all so good for this place, but honestly it was a great value!! Nice remodeled rooms!!! Great customer service!!! Nice breakfast!!! Located just 10 mins from Carowinds!! The neighborhood seemed to be quiet and calm!!

"Will not stay here again"

The floor in our room was so dirty our feet were black after walking on them. They did mop them after I asked them too, but we still got black feet. I asked for clean towels and was told they would bring them to us after I called. Did not get towels until next day. Did not completely clean room at one time. One day mopped floor, next day cleaned bathroom and next day made beds.

The check in girl was very nice. Didn't get her name. The room was the worst I've ever had. Sure wasn't like the pictures. I picked this hotel because you were allowed 2 pets per room. The door looked as if it was broken into more than once and was filthy. There were a few hair beads on the floor. There was poop on the wall in the bathroom next to the toilet paper holder. The beds were hard. And the towels were very small and very thin.We asked for more and were told they didn't have any. If we wouldn't have had the dogs we would have left. They said they were renovating as there construction materials in front of the office. But we obviously didn't get a remodeled room. Only thing good about our hotel stay was our checkin girl. She was very pleasant.

"You can check in but the reaches don’t check out"

The place is disgusting black mold in bathroom no toilet paper people out side in other rooms begging for cigarettes and money .... the bed was like sleeping in a giant taco it was u shaped in the center...At 3am when we left the girls were working the parking lot oh and the roaches were racing across the walls

Roon svs wasnt that great...we have yo ask for a refrigerator and a microwave only got the refrigerator.....the pet policy could be a little more for pets and svs pets....no breakfast...its understandable while covid19 is in effect but there wasn't even coffee the serve to the guests
