Great for one night to attend the jazz festival in Norfolk. The very large dumpsters lowered my rating.

i left my things on the bed and i seen they were touched and i did not like that. i know daily maids come in and give extra towels but personal clothing, items, etc. should not be touched. the environment felt unsafe. and front desk service gave me hard times.

A welcoming staff and clean room. It was a great stay!

The room was clean and the bed was excellent. The blanket was more like a sheet than a blanket. But overall it was a peaceful stay.

The facility is clean and updated. I needed a double beds after my first night, and they were willing to change it out without any additional charge. Since the facility is right off the road, I was concerned about safety. However, after the first night, it was fine. I appreciated that beds were clean and firm.

It was quiet for having renovations going on, we feally didnt get settled til about 1ca.m. we attended a concert

Pros: Nice cleaning lady, cleaned tub and got a phone. Cons: No elevator, One of the two keys did not work, Bathtub needed cleaning, TV remote required extra instructions to function, Phone did not work, Desk clerk did not think my wife needed her own room key and even after he swiped it again, it did not work ever, two huge trash bins outside our window and person in the next room chanted outside his door.

They are renovating the property . I believe we had an upgraded room . It was decent for the price, we killed 2 roaches on our last night didn’t see any the first day and there was a leak from the upstairs unit that the staff took care of right away which was great.

Dont waste your money or your time please!

Very pleasant 4 day stay in newly renovated room. Very clean and all staff was friendly.
