Friendly staff, clean decent size room, convenient parking in front of room, close to Husavik.

Apartamento espaçoso, acolhedor, com sala e mini cozinha. Tem depois um espaço de refeições comum com cozinha totalmente equipada.

Chuveiro com pouca pressão. Sofá cama não muito confortável. Só têm pequeno almoço de maio a setembro.

Habitaciones sin el mínimo básico

Eenvoudig en een paar kilometer buiten Husavik. Bedden waren prima, ruime kamer, verder eenvoud die het goed maakt. Badkamer was ok.

Badkamer wat klein en met douchegordijn. Vind ik minder hygiënisch.

I liked location, I guess mostly

The smell was horrible. I couldn’t breath normally after letting water go on, just was trying not to puke Either its water or problems with the sewer, but smell was just way to much. No one informed us or apologised for it. Stuff was not helpful while trying to discuss breakfast time or chances to see aurora. All I got: we don’t know, which is strange from local people.

The property was warm and clean and close to Húsavík without city prices. We loved meeting Bruno at breakfast and talking with the staff. We enjoyed our stay!

Nothing except the aurora

Being sent an email regarding coming in late, there would be a key left for us. No key was left. We came in at 9.06pm. It took around 20 minutes to find someone. All she cared about was getting the $350 per night for a b&b from us. No sorry...There are about 8 rooms, so 16 people for breakfast. 1 fresh loaf of bread for 16 people, then the owner came in and had some bread, then there was only toasting yesterdays bread. A lady came to ask for some. No sorry, just none left. No refills of juice or milk or black tea. Very limited food. We went away hungry and paid for breakfast at a cafe. We paid $350au for a few hours of sleep.

Great location. Easy to find. Very close to Húsavík. Eating shopping, etc. owner and family very nice.
