Didn’t stay there had to be placed in there sister hotel

The location was PERFECT.

Well. Soon as we finally found our room, the whole outside smelled of Pot. So we stayed in the room the rest of the night, because my daughters and I couldn’t handle the smell. Thankfully the next morning the smell was gone.

Absolutely everything! Right in the heart of pigeon forge with every option big or small no matter if you go left or right out of the parking lot, or even behind it there was a walk down creek that had ducks geese & gazebo for sitting. We had the king suite that was so spacious and comfortable. You can get the pool with just staying here that has an 3ft-5ft adult pool that is environmentally cooled/heated, heated spa & kiddie pool thats 1ft. There is a small arcade room for fun right by the pool & an absolutely great morning breakfast so so many options just for staying here.

Nothing honestly, the only thing we wasnt big on was the TV option but the front desk woman said that the place was being renovated so some rooms Tv's was upgraded and they where in the process of doing all rooms but we had cable that we was fine with.

Right in the middle of everything. Trolly stop right outside .Staff was friendly. Nice clean pool and hot tub . Hot breakfast included.

The customer service was wonderful and the rooms were very clean. The kids loved the pool.

The beds were a little uncomfortable for my husband.

simpel maar goed. en goedkoop. in de kamer ontbrak het aan niets.

luidruchtige buren op de galerij. voor europeanen een simpel ontbijt, zoals in de meeste accommodaties in de US.
