Nothing. Bad communication, nobody contacts with us.

We paid four 4 beds and just found for 2 people. Three floor with bad and scare steps. Bad communication with the customer. Not recommended

Ho soggiornato due notti nel mese di Marzo in due persone e abbiamo avuto un'ottima esperienza! La cosa migliore, senza dubbio è la posizione, in centrissimo, vicino a tutto. Si trova a due passi da Plaza Nueva, dalla quale passano varie navette e, soprattutto, a pochi passi dalla Puerta de las Granadas, dalla quale inizia un sentiero pedonale che ti porta a 15 Min di passeggiata dall'entrata dell'Alhambra. Zona trafficata di pedoni di giorno, piena di negozietti da souvenir e silenziosissima la notte, abbiamo dormito come sassi. L'appartamento in se è veramente grazioso, in un vecchio palazzo ma ristrutturato, spazioso e dotato di una cucina e due bagni nei quali cui non mancava veramente nulla. Bisogna fare un po' di scale (per arrivare all'ingresso e dal primo al secondo piano) ma la vista dal terrazzino ripaga di tutto. Istruzioni chiare e ottima comunicazione con l'host, che a qualsiasi ora ha risposto alle nostre domande. Esperienza generale ottima, noi abbiamo fatto un giro classico in Andalusia con i mezzi pubblici e il nostro soggiorno a Granada è stato comodo e oltre le aspettative!

Sarebbe stato perfetto se avessimo potuto lasciare i bagagli in struttura qualche ora dopo il check out. Non era possibile ma ci è stato offerto un Locker come soluzione. (purtroppo non era comodo per noi e non me abbiamo usufruito)

Posizione comoda

Si potrebbe fare di più con la pulizia. Nell’androne e nelle scale forte puzza di fumo. Parcheggio non comodissimo e a pagamento.

The location could not be better! We were close to everything. The apartment had an amazing view of Alhambra and the layout was great with two floors. The upstair bedroom felt private with a nice deck-- really nice place with lots of potential, but.....

There were many things broken in the apartment including the roll up shade for one of the main windows/balcony doors in the living room so that one had to stay shut the whole time which was inconvenient and dark-- the balconies and view are part of the appeal of the place. The bed had a plastic cover over the mattress but no additional mattress cover (just a sheet) so it was cold and uncomfortable sleeping on plastic. Staying with a family, we rent places with kitchens so that we can use them-- but they had left only a dirty sponge and a dirty rag (still wet and stained) so we had nothing to wipe counters or clean dishes. They left a dirty mop and bucket in the one small downstairs bathroom which smelled. The bedroom balcony was something I really looked forward to, but the floor of the balcony was covered in dirt and grime so you could not go out there in socks or bare feet. Finally, someone in the building smoked cigarettes and our upstair apartment filled with smell as if someone was smoking directly in our apartment-- I notified owners first day and they said they "would look into it" but it continues throughout our stay. I believe the bottom floor "apartment" is an office which may have been the source of the smoke.

L’appartement était propre, il est situé dans une rue calme à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville et sur la montée en direction de l’Alhambra. La suite parentale est agréable. Les deux salles de bains sont appréciables pour 3 adultes. Comme nous y étions en hiver nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse qui a l’air sympathique.

Le lit dans le salon est plus un lit d’appoint pour une personne à côté du canapé qu’un canapé lit. Il n’était pas fait à l’arrivée, l’hôte nous a dit que c’était pour que nous profitions du canapé, ce que je comprends mais c’est toujours embêtant de devoir faire le lit en arrivant. Les parties communes sentent très fort le tabac. Heureusement dans l’appartement l’odeur disparaît.
