Price was “ exorbitant” for the hotel !! We didn’t have enough hot water for 2 people to take a quick shower and the water handle was broken in the room .stairs to get to our room were unusable , hot tub was closed.

firstly, i acknowledge it is a very old building, with very little insulation but when you can hear the room above using the toilet and walking, it is not very good. as for breakfast. was a little limited on selection compared with other similar priced hotels I’ve used on this trip, but most importantly is the fact that they use cardboard plates and very flimsy plastic knives and forks which were basically unusable and a waste.definitely won’t ever use or recommend this hotel chain again .

The employees were pleasant and the breakfast was good.

Everything was cramped, with the exception of the breakfast area. In our room, there was barely room to walk from the entry door to the other side of the room as the bed was so close to the TV stand. The walkways outside the rooms were narrow, and parking lot was cramped. The outside areas were rundown (stairs crumbling (one was being repaired) and the hot tub was out of order.
