We’ve stayed here before, but recent changes to the check-in procedure were disappointing and confusing. On arrival we were handed a tablet to enter our personal details, which undermined the staff’s efforts to provide a warm, personal welcome. Guests arriving after a long trip deserve the attentive, high-end front desk experience this hotel used to offer; relying on a tablet at that moment feels impersonal and unnecessary. The resulting errors were caused by the new procedure, not the staff, who should be trusted with greater responsibility rather than forced into a technology-first process

Every thing was spectacular

מיקום מדהים על שפת האגם. הנוף מהחדרים ומחדר האוכל עוצר נשימה. החדרים גדולים נוחים ומרווחים. האוכל מצוין. החניה נוחה גם עם רכב גדול.

המחיר מאוד יקר . הבריכה קטנטנה.

the view and spacious room

the AC doesnt work for all 3 rooms we booked service takes very long

Die Lage und das Frühstück waren sehr gut . Die Terrasse des Restaurant war schön. Dort war der Service leider etwas schwankend. Der Boots Transfer in die Stadt ist eine nette Idee.

Der Spa Bereich läßt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das gilt auch für die Sonnenterasse mit ihren 6 Liegestühlen. Im Parkbereich gibt es praktisch keinen Sonnenschutz. Die Größe des Zimmers war enttäuschend. Insbesondere das Badezimmer war extrem klein.
