Where the property is the view is lovely. It is close to town but far enough out that it is very much a farm type area. The owners are truely lovely people and very helpful. Traveling out of he area isnt far to town centre and lovely places to travel too.

With respect to the owners I must admit I thought it was a unit but it is 4 bedrooms in an apartment and 8 people with 1 bathroom and kitchen. It is also a place you can have a dog so not a very private place. If you are okay with that then not a problem but we prefer private units.

The room was a very good size and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast had a lot of tasty options and non-dairy milk was provided. Also, the owner was very relaxed about check-out times, which was useful for me as I was very tired after a long day and wanted to sleep in. Also I accidentally left my spectacles behind and the owner got in touch to return them to me, fantastic!

I had to wait a little while to use the restroom because the shared shower/restroom was occupied.

The owners are super friendly! The rooms are big and the kitchen / living area had everything we needed to make full meals. If we are in the area again we will stay there for sure!

The living space was big enough. The breakfast was ok.

There was a refrigerator that made far too much noise. There were kitchen towels that were full of stains. I was sneezing all the time because of all the dust. There was no proper place to put my clothes or towel in the bathroom. In the bedroom we missed a bedstand on the left side.

Absolutely perfect stay.

The description of the facilities offered, were NOT reflective of the reality. This was very disappointing. There was not a clean surface in the entire accomodation. This property includes 4 rooms with shared bathroom, which you would expect to be cleaned since it is being shared between multiple guests. There is only one entrance, then a shared kitchen/lounge area with four separate doors to each room. The rooms are not soundproof, do not have individual tea kettle/coffee pot as described. The bed linens seemed clean, but the top blankets were visibly dirty, which we set aside and did not use. Everything offered is in a shared setting for kitchen & bathrooms. In a Bed & Breakfast, you expect a breakfast prepared for guests, instead it was a refrigerator absolutely full of opened containers that you are expected to take and prepare some kind of breakfast yourself? Despite it is in a quiet location, arriving late at night...the photos and cleanliness rating are not accurate to what you actually arrive too. In a closer look of other's reviews...it seems others agree on the exact same conditions and experience. Highly disappointing. The photos of the rooms shown are not the rooms you book. Only shared areas are shown.

A lovely little place for us to stay with our little daughter. We had a big room, and the kitchen was excellent for cooking our own meals while staying there, with a grocery store just 2 minutes away by car. The breakfast supplies in fridge were also great.
